Can I clarify if there is an actual white coturnix? I have seen a few but the all have a spot of black or brown

Are the jumbo qualis much more expensive to buy? I was think of breeding a few for extra $$ is it worth it?

Yep the jumbos are for eating so not as popular as the normal pet japs
