Chukar Partridges fly very well.

I have a one still out after a Brown Goshawk ripped a hole in the roof of a pen to get in and eat a few. All except 1 or 2 came back and waited by their pen to be put back in, but there is at least one out. He likes to live in some long grass near the pen takes off incredibly fast when anyone goes near him. He gets to about 50 foot then zooms away and lands about 200m away.

I originally paid $30/ pair for mine, and have sold those I bred at 2 auctions at $10-$15 each.
If they are close to you that price would be fine as it would cost you more in fuel to travel and you might only save $10.
