Yeh the incubator is so good for a large number of chicks you can get over 100 in a small incubator

Forgive my ignorance but what do you feed the quail chicks? I am guessing its not finch seed?

No you feed them chick starter for the first few weeks and offer finch seed after 5 weeks with the starter

They can eat any seed if they want its not a problem for mum dad or the kids to eat seed only many people just feed them seed

They can have a little seed as chicks but should have the starter as the main diet. I also feed my breeding flock mealy worms when the hens are starting

How many worms do you feed your japs per day I was thinking of 4 to 6 per quail per day

I only give mine a few because they cost to much $$ Just a question on eggs do you breeders find the egg sizes can be quite different with these guys some large eggs and some small :?:

No mine are all the same size do you have other quails in with them? Also you should breed your own worms they are easy
