Yes gobblers do fight also the hens will fight amongst themselves
All breeds including the RPs will do this it is all part of dominance

and occasionally boredom - but this reason is rare as they are usually able to entertain themselves well enough

so do they cause much damage to each other ,it would obviously vary depending on turkey type, age ,individual aggression etc
just want to know how bad can the damage be to one another ? at its worst.....

they normally grab and push and often make a lot of noise but to date here no one has been hurt badly – just the occasional bit of blood around the head is the worst to expect
none of mine have done worse than that

I agree we have them wrestle but never any long term damage to either wrestler just the pride of the one that moves off first

We have had the situation where one tom has pecked open the back of the head of another and required treatment but as mentioned already most of the time it is a lot of show and bluff

How do you go mixing two different species of turkeys together, will they get along?

Yes you can mix them because at the end of the day a turkey is a turkey and any bird [or animal for that matter] will push and shove to assert dominance
