Due to bad weather systems this last season and incubator breaking and no spare parts available being ‘old as the hills’ then no one going broodie  :-? [smilie=a_doh.gif]

NOT enough :(

= a dozen breeding adults and only 4 poults [smilie=a_whyme.gif]

We had a great year this year...we bred about 125 turkey poults of all different colours (and counting) and we have 14 breeders. a_bravo.gif

Yes, very pleased, but not with the feed bill sidesplit.gif
About half are Blacks...the rest are Blue, Slate, Royal Palm, and a few crosses.
Plenty of nice birds to choose from for our breeders this year, that's for sure.

4 as of yesterday, tiny little three day old poults, gotta say I thought they would be featherless and ugly but they look very similar to guinea fowl keets at this age. I will get some pictures and perhaps you can help me with colours.
