Does anyone know of any Wild Turkeys (Meleagris gallopavo) or Ocellated Turkeys (Meleagris ocellata) in Australia?

No they are not in Australia and to my knowledge they have never been. Pity though I would be keen to have them if they were.

Don't think there's a viable market for processing them as table birds

Maybe not but there is not a market for processing most turkeys in Australian but people still have them. I would have them if I could but then I would have every colour of turkey if I could. I am a turkey tragic.

Their is a market for the 'pet' keepers and they are popular on many farms
