 Post subject: June lemons - what should I do?

Hi new here. I live in fakeville, I have no decent poultry on the property or animals. The June lemons have ripened up in fakeville hill drive. Should I suck on them? Can I make yee oldie world lemonade? Maybe cook a tart like me?
